Asus Combines Popular Note E-Reader With Transformer, Resulting in the MeMO Pad

Haven’t had enough Android tablet news from CES this month? Oh good, because this one is genuinely exciting! Asus has one more Android tablet coming down the pipeline this year, and this one has a feature many tablet owners have been begging for. The ee MeMo Pad is a 7-inch IPS packing, 1280 x 800 honeycomb tablet with an addition many students wil love. The MeMO Pad has a proprietary pen, this oen is similar to what we have seen on the Flyer and Galaxy Note in that it allows for precise writing and drawing on a capacitive touch screen. Who says you can’t have the best of both worlds? Beyond that the tablet has the specs you comes to expect. The usual suspects like bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS are all there and it’ll be sold in both 16 and 23 GB configurations later this year.
